Vertical AI launches with ten certified agents and aims to reach 100 by the end of the year, focusing on companies within the SAP ecosystem

Skyone announced on Wednesday evening, June 10th, the launch of Vertical AI, an ecosystem of artificial intelligence agents geared towards the corporate environment. The solution brings together agents specialized by function and sector, such as sales, healthcare, finance, customer service, legal, and logistics, and arrives as a response to a problem identified by the company itself: clients who acquired the Sky in Studio agent development platform but did not feel prepared to create solutions from scratch.

“We had clients who were already prepared to develop agents, but many didn't have a technical team and felt insecure, or didn't know what to create first. And that's when we realized there was a journey that went beyond just providing the platform, but also a selection process and a portfolio that already delivered a ready-made experience,” says André Oliveira, Head of Data and AI at Skyone,in an interview with IT Forum.

The launch is part of the company's expansion cycle following the Series C funding round led by Advent International at the end of last year. Skyone expects to generate a direct impact on revenue in its first year of operation and expand its reach to new customers, especially those connected to the SAP universe.

The platform starts with ten certified agents. The goal is to reach at least 100 by the end of the year. Some of the agents already available were developed by partners Sosys, Trusted, IaMKT, Luxtia, Empio, and Just a Little Data, and the company intends to expand this ecosystem from six to between 30 and 40 partners by December. With this move, Skyone will act as a curator, integrator, and distribution channel for these solutions.

The market context helps explain the investment. MIT research indicates that 95% of generative AI pilots do not generate measurable financial impact. Among the most cited factors are difficulties in integrating with existing systems and a weak connection to specific business problems.

“The first wave of AI was about access. The second is about execution. Companies have already understood the potential, but now they demand results, and this requires moving away from generic models to solutions that operate within the business. What we are launching is a model in which AI is born ready to operate,” says Oliveira.

At the same event, Skyone presented CL@UD-IA, a digital mascot created to bring the brand closer to clients and partners in communications about technical topics. Skyone's Marketing Director, Felipe Wasserman, states that the character was developed to humanize the company's perception in the B2B market. "B2B technology is often still perceived as distant, technical, and cold. CL@UD-IA was created precisely to break down this barrier," he says.
