Following a Series C funding round led by Advent, the company is betting on a groundbreaking solution integrated with management systems, reducing AI implementation time from months to days

Skyone, a Brazilian technology company specializing in cloud, data, and artificial intelligence, announces the launch of Vertical AI, an ecosystem of AI agents focused on the corporate environment. This initiative introduces to Brazil a structured model for commercializing artificial intelligence agents specialized in specific functions and sectors – such as sales, healthcare, finance, customer service, legal, or logistics – with ready-made, certified solutions integrated with the main management systems.

This new development is part of the company's expansion cycle following the Series C funding round led by Advent International at the end of last year. With annual revenue of approximately R$400 million, 50% year-on-year growth, and a presence in more than 35 countries, Skyone serves 25,000 end customers through an ecosystem of over 400 software partners.

This movement comes at a time when the adoption of AI in companies is advancing, but still faces the challenge of transforming technological potential into operational results. A recent MIT study showed that 95% of generative AI pilots fail to generate measurable financial impact. Among the main factors cited are difficulties in integrating with existing systems and processes, as well as a weak connection to specific business problems.

Vertical AI aims to reduce this bottleneck by bringing together agents developed by Skyone itself and by partners, already integrated with ERPs and prepared to operate in areas such as sales, customer service, finance, logistics, and operations. Depending on the use case, the implementation cycle can be reduced from months to just a few days.

“The market has realized that simply having access to artificial intelligence is not enough. What we see in many companies is an accumulation of pilots, proofs of concept, and isolated initiatives that rarely reach scale. The reason is not a lack of technology, but a lack of context. Generalist models know how to respond, but they don't know how to execute, especially when they depend on integration with systems, structured data, and specific business rules. That's exactly what we're addressing, by bringing applications capable of operating with context, security, and a direct impact on business,”says André Oliveira, Head of Data and AI at Skyone.

The solution, unprecedented in the Brazilian market, launches with an initial set of ten certified agents – some developed internally and some created by partners – and the expectation is to multiply this portfolio tenfold throughout the year, expanding the range of solutions offered by sector and function within companies.

The initiative also marks the consolidation of an ecosystem model. Skyone will now act as a curator, integrator, and distribution channel for these solutions, connecting partners to its base. In this model, developers who already work closely with clients contribute with specialized agents, aligned with the specific needs of each sector. The model includes revenue sharing and go-to-market support, allowing for scaling of AI offerings without relying exclusively on internal development.

Vertical AI operates on Skyone Studio, a platform that unifies data integration, processing, and artificial intelligence execution in a single environment. The architecture allows different agents, both internal and third-party, to operate with standardized security, governance, and performance.

Vertical AI's portfolio strategy stems from a pragmatic understanding of the market: companies don't seek AI agents based on abstract names, but on concrete problems they need to solve. Therefore, Skyone structures its offering around clearly identifiable business pain points, such as sales performance, customer service automation, stockout prediction, collections management, financial intelligence, and dynamic pricing. In some scenarios, these agents allow professionals to access data, receive recommendations, and automate decisions in real time, including through interfaces like WhatsApp.

More than just expanding the portfolio, the movement repositions the role of artificial intelligence within companies.

“The first wave of AI was about access. The second is about execution. Companies have already understood the potential, but now they demand results, and this requires moving away from generic models to solutions that operate within the business. What we are launching is a model in which AI is born ready to operate,” says Oliveira.

With the new AI Vertical, Skyone expects to generate a direct impact on revenue in its first year of operation and expand its reach to new customers, especially among companies seeking ready-made AI applications without developing solutions from scratch.
