About Skyone
a SkyoneBrazilian technology company specializing in cloud, data, and artificial intelligence solutions, announces the opening of a new franchise to serve companies in the Baixada Santista and Greater ABC regions of São Paulo state. This initiative expands the company's strategy in the state of São Paulo and reinforces its position as a strategic partner in the digital transformation journey of organizations in the region.
Among the solutions offered are cloud migration and modernization, integration of ERPs and legacy systems, structuring of data lakes and data warehouses, automation, analytics, and development of AI agents applied to the business. The expectation is that, by 2027, the operation will evolve into the creation of an AI Center of Excellence in the region, focusing on Business AI and the training of local talent.
“The region is experiencing a clear moment of modernization. Our goal is to bring local companies closer to the technologies that are defining the future, such as cloud, data, and AI. The franchise model allows us to combine regional proximity with Skyone's technological scale, creating solutions that truly impact competitiveness, operational efficiency, and growth,” says Tatiana Lucente Campos, founder and CEO of Skyone's operations in the Baixada Santista and Greater ABC region.
The Baixada Santista and Greater ABC regions concentrate significant hubs of industry, retail, logistics, and corporate services, in addition to a consistent history of technical training and access to talent in technology. The region is home to technical schools, universities, and young people interested in careers in the field, creating an environment conducive to the development of skills in data and AI. This context is considered strategic to support, in the coming years, the consolidation of artificial intelligence capabilities aligned with the real demands of the market.
The new franchise is part of the company's expansion cycle, which records annual revenue of approximately R$400 million, following the Series C funding round led by Advent International. Currently, Skyone serves more than 25,000 end customers through a network of over 400 partner software companies. Present in more than 35 countries, the company has expanded its operations in the small and medium-sized business segment to large clients such as Cobasi, Mambo, Malwee, and Fortbras Autopeças.
