What is a Cloud Computing professional?

We can define a Cloud professional as a support analyst who works for large corporations or even a freelance programmer, who directly or indirectly works with cloud technology.

He may be a technician trained to work with various equipment and servers, directly involved in the maintenance of this equipment or in the development of solutions.

What are the responsibilities of these professionals?

Basically, we have two types of professionals who work directly with cloud solutions : the Support Analyst, who is responsible for server maintenance. Generally, they are a technical specialist in servers and already have practical experience in the field.

We also have the systems analyst, who develops and maintains all the software hosted on the Cloud Computing server. In this case, a programming language is used (C is recommended) to develop and improve the systems and software.

Cloud Computing Infrastructure Details

The foundation of a cloud computing structure is practically the same as that of a regular server. Generally, this type of professional performs both preventative and corrective maintenance on a server, using virtually the same technical and operational knowledge. The difference is that some operating environments of this technology are based on upgrade technology, which allows the technical support analyst to update the system without disrupting the company's or business's operations .

An important detail is that this type of server is usually a completely new machine, meaning the technician needs to perform all the necessary installation procedures on the server. This includes everything from installing the operating system (Linux is recommended) to system maintenance procedures such as updates.
