Sky.One's goal with this already established partnership is to enable companies within the Vtex ecosystem to implement even more efficient and secure systems integration, as well as achieve greater cost reductions.

Sky.One, a provider of technology platforms that simplify business and improve customer experience, will be one of the highlights at Vtex Day, an event focused on digital transformation in Latin America. Organized by Vtex, a global digital commerce platform for large companies and retailers, the event will take place on June 5th and 6th at São Paulo Expo.

According to Robson Del Fiol, growth manager at Integra.Sky, the partnership between the companies, established about a year ago, has allowed Vtex platform clients to count on Sky.One's support in the process of integrating their systems, such as their own applications, ERPs, CRMs, and others, in an agile and simplified manner.

Beyond integration, any client can perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL), populating a data lake or even a data warehouse, which, according to Del Fiol, is one of the main needs of companies after the integration is resolved. The executive explains that the technology also uses low-code, reducing costs, facilitating maintenance, ensuring compliance with the requirements of the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law), and allowing an audit of all requests.

“With this partnership, companies can count on an innovative low-code and a complete marketplace, full of ready-made connectors for their integrations, allowing them to use various applications and integrate them into their management system, avoiding connection failures and promoting greater security and data synchronization,” the executive emphasizes.

To date, clients of different sizes and countries have been served through this partnership, such as Panasonic, whose success story will be highlighted during Vtex Day, Jumpdigital, a Panamanian company that had its Mahalo ERP integrated with VTEX, the wine importer Cellar Vinhos, among others.

Del Fiol comments that cost optimization is a benefit offered to most companies that implement the solution. "We've measured a considerable cost reduction of up to 60%, especially in clients who used other integration solutions, since we offer pricing that is more aligned with their challenges and more attractive to the market," he reveals.

Furthermore, retail is the most relevant segment for Sky.One, allowing it to understand in greater depth the technological needs of these clients, who already have or intend to have an e-commerce platform. “In the case of many e-commerce sites, one of Vtex's target audiences, there may be software to validate the order with the bank, another to process it, and yet another to monitor inventory. In other words, three systems that depend on the precise exchange of information to guarantee efficient website performance, which is precisely what Sky.One, through Integra.Sky, delivers to companies,” he states.

Participation in Vtex Day consolidates partnership.
To reinforce the strategic partnership, Sky.One will launch a training program for agencies that implement Vtex during Vtex Day, in order to assist them in learning how to fully utilize Integra.Sky, enabling them to expand their portfolio, ensuring greater satisfaction and loyalty from their clients who can rely on their current agency to implement and support the integration. "In addition to the program for agencies, we will offer an exclusive deal at the event: a 15% discount for VTEX clients," says the executive.

Del Fiol, who will be present at Vtex Day, comments that this type of initiative is important for bringing innovative solutions and tools to the market. The executive also reiterates that, with its participation in Vtex Day, Sky.One plans to present new possibilities for technological integration to companies and increase its presence among Vtex clients.

“Sky.One’s purpose is to make medium and large companies more efficient through their data. To achieve this, it’s necessary that this data be available in the cloud, integrated with agility, and secure against any type of cyberattack – topics in which we can provide effective support,” concludes Del Fiol.
