The Autosky platform enabled the HR company to gain predictability and focus on strategic activities.

Skyone ' infrastructure costs by 38% focused on migrating and managing cloud environments.

The change generated benefits beyond cost reduction. Populis gained greater financial predictability, since part of its operating expenses were previously tied to the dollar. With the new environment, calculations began to be made in reais, which increased visibility over expenses and provided more security for projections and strategic decisions.

The migration also altered Populis' internal operational structure. Part of the infrastructure that the company maintained independently began to be served by Skyone, which reduced the need for resources dedicated to the operation and freed up the team for activities with greater strategic value.

Populis director Ubirajara Camargostates that the project goes beyond a technological change. “More than a change in the technological environment, this project represents a strategic partnership for Populis. Having Skyone by our side gives us the confidence of having a specialized team, close to our operation and capable of understanding our needs as the business evolves.”

Skyone Autosky and the proposed solution

Skyone Autosky was developed to move enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and legacy applications to the cloud without requiring companies to rewrite their system code. The goal is to enable migration with less technical friction and less operational risk.

Skyone's technology director, Rennan Sanchez, explains that the company's role went beyond the technical execution of the migration. “Our role in this project went far beyond simply migrating the environment. We worked side-by-side with Populis from the planning stage of the change and monitored the operation to ensure that the infrastructure is aligned with the business needs. This close collaboration is fundamental to identifying optimization opportunities, anticipating demands, and ensuring that the technology keeps pace with the company's evolution.”
