With the launch of Skyone Creator, the cloud and data company wants to engage with its clients' business needs, not just IT. The feature promises to increase control over the exposure of personal data, but it could create opportunities for fraud; a Skyone expert explains how to protect yourself

Skyone made its name in the Brazilian market delivering work that, for many, is invisible: cloud, systems and data integration. However, in a new growth sprint following international investment, the company wants to take this relationship to the next level, bringing a new solution based on a technology that is currently trending: vibe coding.

The instrument of this turnaround is Skyone Creator, announced by the company this Wednesday (12) as its main product in 2026. With the new module, the company wants to allow its customers to create corporate applications from natural language, within environments managed by Skyone.

In a conversation with Startups, Luiz Eduardo Severino, Director of Products at Skyone and creator of the project, explains that Creator combines "the speed and simplicity of vibe coding with the structure required by the corporate environment".

With this solution, the user interacts with the platform as they would with a person, and the AI interprets the request, generates the code, and transforms it into internal applications, dashboards, portals, and automations. According to the executive, it's possible to generate a first functional version of a website, dashboard, or application in minutes.

But the point that Skyone is keen to emphasize is not "creating quickly," but rather "creating with governance." "The market has already realized that artificial intelligence can accelerate software development, but it still faces difficulties in transforming prototypes into applications connected to operations," says Severino.

The missing piece

According to the director, Creator is the evolution of a line that the company had been developing since 2024, when it created Skyone Studio, its proprietary platform for integration, data, automation, and agents, which allowed users to set up environments in a simplified way.

The logic, he explains, was layered: first, integration with ERPs and legacy systems, then a data lake to centralize information, followed by the construction of agents—and now, the application. "Since your data is here, you already have the connections here, you already build your agents here, why not build your applications here as well?" he points out.

According to him, the demand came from the existing customer base. Clients who were pushing Studio to its limits started asking for more than just ready-made dashboards: they wanted to build their own solutions, using company data and under clear security rules. Many resorted to external Vibe coding tools, such as Lovable and Base44, which, instead of helping, increased the complexity of the environments. "It's just another thing to integrate, not something that would integrate end-to-end within the environment they already have."

Skyone expects Creator to act as a lever for Studio adoption within its own portfolio. Currently, the platform has a penetration of 10% to 15% of the company's total user base, according to Severino, and it is precisely this margin that the company wants to expand.

The business model reinforces the idea that the goal is to engage and expand the current user base, not to sell a standalone product. Creator will not be charged separately: it comes as an additional feature of certain Skyone Studio, and the customer pays for the tokens they already use. "It's to expand our Skyone Studio offering, making it accessible to our user base, with the utmost responsibility possible," explains the director.

The bet rests on an argument of visibility: by operating in an "invisible medium," Skyone has always depended on convincing the client's technical team of its value; now, says Severino, the tool "breaks through a barrier" by being tacit and easy to understand for business areas, shortening the path to adoption.

“The expectation for penetration within the current user base is high,” he summarizes. “I’m very excited about Creator, which has great potential to scale very quickly within our base, in a very short time,” the executive adds, without giving estimates.

Skyone moment

The launch of Creator comes on the heels of a period of accelerated expansion for Skyone. The company closed 2025 with revenue of R$400 million, projects 50% growth in 2026 , and serves more than 25,000 clients in over 35 countries, supported by an ecosystem of more than 400 software partners.

Although the new product and Skyone Studio are initiatives that predate Advent in Skyone last year, the director affirms that everything aligns towards a shared goal – to be more than just a back-office provider for clients. "We're not just building software, we're building an operating system for businesses," the executive summarizes.

This was the thesis that led Advent to spearhead an undisclosed Series C funding round for the company, which has since put the money to work. In June, Skyone announced the largest acquisition in its history, the purchase of ADD IT, and Luiz sees Creator also amplifying this inorganic movement, by facilitating entry into new areas for acquired clients.

“Giving the company the freedom to do what it does best, or to enhance its potential, is our main objective,” he points out. “The language now is context. And whoever has the necessary knowledge will have a huge leap forward. What will matter now is experience, and we need to create more ease (for the client). We are certain that we have created yet another one within the Skyone. That's what Creator is all about,” he concludes.
