Skyone announces new chief strategy and transformation officer to accelerate growth and efficiency

Skyone, a Brazilian technology company specializing in cloud, data, and artificial intelligence, announces the arrival of Helena Soares as chief strategy and transformation officer. The creation of this new area, part of the expansion following the Series C funding round led by Advent International, aims to connect planning and execution, promoting greater agility in decision-making and consistency in generating results.

With a cross-functional approach, the area will support the prioritization of the most relevant initiatives and drive structural transformations in the business. Helena will report directly to the CEO, Ricardo Brandão, and will work in partnership with the executive team to ensure progress on the company's main strategic fronts.

“Skyone has significant growth potential, and my role will be to contribute to ensuring that this evolution happens with consistency, quality, and scale, strengthening our products and expanding the impact we generate for clients and partners,” says the executive.

With experience in strategic consulting and corporate management, Helena worked at McKinsey & Company, leading transformation projects focused on growth, commercial strategy, and efficiency in various sectors. She also served as Pricing and Commercial Intelligence Manager at Grupo Fleury. The executive holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the State University of Campinas, with a double degree from École Centrale de Lyon and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
