The company announced the new course lineup for Builders, its educational platform focused on training professionals in Artificial Intelligence and Digital Transformation

Skyone, a Brazilian technology integrator specializing in cloud, data, and artificial intelligence solutions, announced the new course lineup for Builders, its educational platform focused on training professionals in Artificial Intelligence and Digital Transformation.

This move reinforces a strategic commitment by the company: to treat education as one of the main drivers for enabling the adoption of AI in companies, especially at a time when talent shortages and low technical maturity still limit the advancement of the technology beyond pilot projects.

A snapshot of this scenario appears in a survey by Bain & Company showing that 44% of business leaders in markets such as the United States, Germany, India, the United Kingdom, and Australia are already facing delays in AI adoption due to a lack of internal expertise. In Brazil, this percentage reached 39% in 2025, compared to 25% the previous year, according to the consultancy.

Since its launch in November 2025, more than 1,000 people have already used the platform, and the goal is to expand the community to 10,000 students by the end of 2026

In practice, the initiative addresses this growing mismatch in the market. While the demand for AI applications accelerates, many companies still face difficulties in transforming technology into results, whether due to a lack of team training or the absence of a data-driven culture.

With the new curriculum, Skyone expands its offering of practical and accessible training, connecting the use of AI to real-world challenges in the corporate environment. Highlights include the Vibe Coding Starters Certificate, which introduces the concept of AI-assisted development, and the AI Journeys for Business, structured in tracks applied to different areas.

The content was developed based on market analysis and interviews with companies, prioritizing topics with the potential to generate direct value in the short term. The goal is to integrate the use of technology into the operational and decision-making routines of organizations.

The new curriculum also features partnerships with specialized companies that contribute content and applied expertise. Topics covered include:

Finance and credit, in partnership with Sosys : financial closing and auditing, financial automation and receivables intelligence.

Customer service and sales, with Just : an "agent-first" model, applied emotional intelligence, and digital performance.

Operations and sourcing, with Thompson Management Horizons : autonomous sourcing journeys and sales operations funnel.

Contract management with Luxtia : digital and automated contracts (Contract Management 2.0).

The courses have an average duration of eight hours, are free of charge, and offer certification, with the possibility of inclusion on LinkedIn. Classes are held in an online and hybrid format, with in-person activities at Skyone's headquarters in the Brooklin neighborhood of São Paulo.

Since its launch in November 2025, more than 1,000 people have already used the platform, and the goal is to expand the community to 10,000 students by the end of 2026, in addition to positioning Skyone among the top 10 technology companies that educate in Brazil.

The ecosystem also includes the Skyone Bootcamp, with hands-on AI training, and Accelerate, a program aimed at expanding the use of AI among clients and partners, offering specialized support ranging from mapping use cases to implementation in real-world environments.

“The main bottleneck today is no longer access to technology, but the ability to apply it consistently within companies. Without prepared teams, AI doesn't scale,” stated Robson Del Fiol, Director of Education and Community at Skyone. “Our focus at Builders is precisely to reduce this gap, connecting learning to practical application in daily work,” he concluded.
