Skyone has a new Chief Operating Officer

Deyvid Lopes has been with the company for over six years, where he started as an SAP solutions architect.

Skyone, a São Paulo-based company specializing in cloud computing, has announced Deyvid Lopes as its new director of operations, responsible for customer service.

With 15 years of experience in IT, the executive joined Skyone in August 2019 as an SAP solutions architect.

Prior to that, he spent five and a half years leading the SAP Basis administration at UOL, a position he also held at Solvo Serviços de Informática. Between 2010 and 2013, he was a junior administrator for the solution at Tivit.

In her new role at Skyone, her mission is to increase operational efficiency and customer satisfaction, with an agenda focused on simplifying technical support and using artificial intelligence to reduce bureaucracy and anticipate solutions.

"What motivates me most is transforming support into an agile and streamlined unit, raising the standard of the experience we deliver to our customers," says Lopes.

Founded in 2013, Skyone has a platform aimed at simplifying IT management by integrating cloud computing, data, cybersecurity, and AI solutions in one place.

The company grows by about 50% per year and has already multiplied its revenue tenfold since 2018. 

Present in more than 35 countries, the organization scales its operations through an ecosystem with over 400 software partners serving 25,000 end customers. These include Cobasi, Mambo, Malwee, and Fortbras Autopeças.
