Skyone announced this Thursday (10) an investment of R$ 30 million in research and development, focusing on data and artificial intelligence products.
According to the company, this amount positions it among the Brazilian technology companies that invest the most in innovation, significantly exceeding the national average of 0.6% of net revenue allocated to R&D. The investment will be directed towards developing new functionalities for the Skyone Studio product and training internal teams and partners.
The company emphasizes that the investment reflects its strategy of positioning artificial intelligence as the central axis of its expansion and technological evolution. Skyone says it believes that the sustainable use of AI begins with a robust data organization, allowing companies to concentrate information intelligence internally, without relying entirely on third-party solutions. To address the current market complexity, which involves multiple technologies and vendors, Skyone plans to integrate embedded AIs into Skyone Studio, offering in a single product the functionalities necessary to accelerate companies' data journey.

Skyone Studio, the main product benefiting from the investment, is a comprehensive product that integrates four key tools: iPaaS, Lakehouse, AI , and data publishing. The solution allows companies to efficiently integrate systems, organize and transform data, and develop AI for process automation. With the new embedded AI functionalities, the tool promises to further simplify the creation of intelligent solutions, reducing development time and increasing customers' operational efficiency.

With revenues approaching R$400 million in 2024, Skyone reinforces its commitment to innovation by allocating a significant portion of its revenue to research and development. "We are looking for companies with proprietary products in areas such as infrastructure, data integration and automation, artificial intelligence agents to incorporate into our AI marketplace, and cybersecurity solutions aligned with the needs of SMEs," explains Salari.
