Paramount Textiles has completed the full migration of its private cloud infrastructure to a public cloud, in partnership with Skyone . The transition resulted in a 40% reduction in IT costs, as well as gains in operational stability, automation, and efficiency in data management.

According to Michele Lorelli, CIO of Paramount Textiles, the change marked a turning point in the company's technological strategy. “Being in a private cloud was an important initial step, but we realized that the natural evolution would be to migrate to the public cloud. With Skyone, we were able to transfer operational responsibility to specialists, freeing up our team to focus more on the business. Today, IT has ceased to be merely operational and has become strategic within Paramount,” she stated in a press release.

With the new environment, the company consolidated its infrastructure and laid the groundwork for the adoption of artificial intelligence.
