Exclusive: Following investment, Skyone opens 50 positions and launches internship program

The goal is to grow the team by 25% throughout 2026. The company also launched a new franchise for the Baixada Santista and Greater ABC regions

Brazilian company Skyone exclusively revealed to IT Forum that it has opened more than 50 job positions and launched an internship program . The goal is to expand its team by 25% throughout 2026, as a way to support the projected expansion after the Series C funding round led by Advent International received in December of last year .

Currently, the company says it has around 500 employees, with annual revenue growth of 50% – currently around R$ 400 million – in addition to 400 software partners and 25,000 end customers.

“The 2026 hiring plan aligns with our focus on scaling consistently: strengthening a more consultative and predictable sales approach, supported by operations and customer service,” explains Deborah Lia Oliveira Araujo, CHRO of Skyone .

The open positions are for technical roles (cloud, support, and security) and sales, as well as operations and marketing. The company also says it has a talent pool for developers, cloud infrastructure specialists, network experts, and people with disabilities (PWD).

Skyone promises its new employees a benefits package that includes medical and dental insurance, flexible meal vouchers, childcare assistance, language assistance, TotalPass (a public transportation pass), and a day off on their birthday, among other things. Interns receive a stipend and the same benefits. The company says it wants to increase the participation of women and Black people, as well as focus on internal hiring – 23% of the open positions in the last year were filled by employees.
