The company plans to make further acquisitions in the second half of 2025, focusing primarily on cloud companies and players with technologies that complement its platform.
Skyone, a global technology company, continues to accelerate its expansion plan through acquisitions, with up to five new transactions expected by the end of 2026. “2024 was a milestone year for Skyone. We completed five acquisitions that accelerated our growth and proved to be a successful integration, especially in the Cloud area, where we have significant relevance in the SME market and a strong presence through our ERP partners,” says Bruno Salari, the company's Director of M&A and Investor Relations.
Skyone serves a base of over 30,000 end customers through a network of more than 400 software partners who distribute its solution. The company offers an end-to-end platform that supports the entire Digital Transformation journey of SME clients — from migrating systems to the Cloud to using Artificial Intelligence based on proprietary data, all wrapped in a cybersecurity layer to protect operations.
“While large companies rely on specialized consultancies to migrate systems, manage cloud resources, and extract value from their data, Skyone concentrates all of this in a single platform. With it, SMEs can migrate to the cloud, integrate their systems with web applications, efficiently manage proprietary data, and integrate it into a marketplace of AI solutions. In general, the platform enables these companies to digitize quickly and leverage the potential of artificial intelligence, transforming internal data into valuable insights through agents developed in the marketplace,” comments Salari.
The company has already mapped over 200 potential targets and continues to seek opportunities that will be fundamental to Skyone's expansion plan over the next five years.

“We continue to pursue acquisitions in public and private cloud, both in Brazil and internationally, with a focus on cross-selling the platform and increasing penetration in verticals where we don't yet have a strong presence. We understand that the market is still very fragmented and presents several consolidation synergies. Recently, we expanded the scope to also include companies with proprietary products in areas such as infrastructure, data integration and automation, artificial intelligence agents to incorporate into our AI marketplace, and cybersecurity solutions aligned with the needs of SMEs,” explains Salari.
