A global legacy with roots in Brazil
Founded in the Netherlands in 1960, Louvre Hotels Group has established itself as one of the world's leading hotel chains. With the addition of the Golden Tulip and Royal Tulip brands in 2004, and its incorporation into Jin Jiang International in 2015, the group underwent a significant transformation, positioning itself as the second largest global hotel conglomerate. In Brazil, the chain expanded its presence with the Tulip Residences brand, reaffirming its commitment to innovation and excellence in hospitality.
For Louvre Hotels, hospitality goes beyond the stay itself. The welcoming and personalized service, known as the "Louvre way," is one of the network's main differentiators. "Our employees treat guests with special care, ensuring memorable experiences. From children's areas to VIP services, our focus is on meeting the specific needs of each client," explains Giselle Isidoro, IT manager of Louvre Hotels Group Brazil.
The relationship between Louvre Hotels and Faitec began even before the network was incorporated into the global group. Initially, the focus was on organizing and centralizing operational data, but the network's exponential growth demanded a more robust solution. "The old infrastructure, despite constant improvements, became insufficient to meet our demands," recalls Giselle.
With the evolution of Faitec and the introduction of Skyone, the partnership gained new possibilities. "We got to know Skyone through Faitec, and since then, we have realized the platform's potential to solve our technological challenges," says Giselle.
The migration to the Skyone Autosky category, combined with Faitec's expertise, transformed the technological operation of Louvre Hotels. The project involved detailed planning and a gradual implementation, which ensured a smooth transition for hotels throughout Brazil.
“With Skyone and Faitec, our systems now operate with high stability. This has provided a painless experience for our end users, which is essential to our operation,” emphasizes Giselle.
With the support of Skyone and Faitec, Louvre Hotels reinforced its commitment to cybersecurity. The partnership included advanced monitoring, assessment, and protection services, essential for mitigating risks in an increasingly demanding market. “Today, investing in security is vital. The integrated solutions we received added value to our operations and strengthened our market position,” points out Giselle.
The collaboration between Skyone, Faitec, and Louvre Hotels Group Brazil exemplifies the impact of strategic partnerships on digital transformation. For Louvre, this journey meant not only overcoming technological challenges but also raising the level of excellence in customer experience.
“It was a long but extremely satisfying process. Today, we operate with stability, efficiency, and safety, and this allows us to continue innovating and growing in the hotel market,” concludes Giselle.
